I'm a solution architect with strong skills in development and integration architecture design within Salesforce platform. I've successfully completed projects in various industries, including 4 full implementations of Sales and Service cloud.

My passion lies in solving business challenges through automation with the intent of improving process efficiency and customer experience.

Professionally, I have earned 10 Salesforce certifications, Ranger rank on Trailhead and a PDBA from Wits University. I'm currently a Master's candidate at Wits Business school.

I have a strong desire to share my knowledge and to teach and empower other professionals I do this through mentoring as well as sharing content on my blog.
